Today at the gym was probably one of the best yet. Last week for the back and biceps workout, it was only day 2. This week, I felt so much stronger! Last Tuesday I couldn’t even finish the last 3 sets. I literally had dead arm. I couldn’t lift a thing. Today, not only did I do the entire last 3 sets, I went over to the mat area and did 200 sit ups.
I am so excited that I am feeling myself getting stronger. I can’t even begin to imagine what it’s going to be like at the end of 12 weeks if this is what I feel like after 1! I probably sound pathetic, but I really do feel great.
Dinner tonight was broccoli with shrimp. DELICIOUS!
